摘要
The effects of operating and bath variables on electrodeposition were studied, The amount of phosphorus in the coating and the cathode current efficiency were functions of the H//3PO//3, H//3PO//4 and NiCO//3 multiplied by (times) 2Ni(OH)//2 multiplied by (times) 4H//2O contents, temperature and current density. The maximum amount of phosphorus in the coating is approximately 35 wt%.
