摘要
A broad optical absorption band peaked at about 2.7 eV is observed in electron irradiated KNbO3. The production of the band shows a well defined energy threshold at 0.35 MeV, consistent with oxygen displacement. A similarity with LiNbO3 is noted. © 1990.
