摘要
How do synaptic weights emerge? In the cortex most neurons are inner neurons. What synapses emerge from the local Hebb rule together with a global success valuation? The permanent stimulation of the cortex try its environment is modeled. It turns out that stable steady synaptic states emerge. These exhibit a correspondence between the inner degrees of freedom of the environment and the inner neurons. Biologically reasonable anatomical, physiological, psychological, and ecological conditions for complete and partial correspondence are analyzed.
