摘要
The critical current density in GdBaCuO superconducting thin films was studied at various temperatures and magnetic fields. The thin films of GdBaCuO, which were of high quality and reproducibility, were prepared in situ on (100) SrTiO3 substrates by d.c. magnetron sputtering from targets of sintered materials. The best zero resistance transition temperature, Tco, was 91.5 K and the critical current density at 77 K was 3 × 106 A cm-2. The magnetic field dependence of the critical current was notably weaker for Tco > 90 K samples than for Tco < 90 K specimens. © 1990.
