摘要
An analytic treatment of cooperative effects in supercooled liquids within the framework of a random-walk model is presented. Cooperatively rearranging regions are shown to expand as the temperature T approaches a critical value T-k identified as the Kauzmann temperature. The model allows calculating susceptibility spectra and the T dependence of the average relaxation time. The results are in good agreement with existing experimental data.
