摘要
A time-resolved high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction apparatus has been developed using a position-sensitive proportional counter. X-ray diffraction in the range of Delta 2 theta less than or equal to 40 degrees can be simultaneously detected in less than 1 min. Orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transition in YBa2Cu3O7-x can be observed in situ moment by moment and investigated on an atomic scale using the developed diffraction apparatus.
