摘要
Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta samples with -0.06 < delta < 0.16 were prepared by controlled reduction in static hydrogen atmosphere and continuously monitored by thermogravimetry. Lattice parameters suggest that the 2212 superconducting phase is stable for delta > 0.12. ED patterns indicate that non-stoichiometry is accommodated by random distribution of anionic vacancies along the Cu-O layers.
