THE AC ELECTRICAL-IMPEDANCE OF A FRACTAL BOUNDARY TO AN ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION

摘要
It has been proposed in the literature that a power law relationship between the apparent impedance of a fractal surface and the frequency of the ac current can arise due to the effects of ion transport and conduction in the electrolytic solution bounded by the fractal surface. We show that such a behavior does not arise for a self-similar fractal surface which is chemically homogeneous.
