摘要
Mixed exciton in organic-inorganic quantum wells, recently pointed out by Agranovich et al. [Solid State Commun. 92, 292 (1994)], seems to be very promising for opto-electronic device applications. In the present paper the concept of mixed-exciton is briefly revised including the contribution of phonon-exciton interaction. Model calculations underline the importance of this contribution and suggest the resonant Raman spectroscopy as a tool for studying mixed organic-inorganic quantum wells.
