摘要
Rose Bengal (tetrachloro-tetraiodo-fluorescein) was not able to limit the spreading growth of the ligninolytic fungus, Phanerochaete chrysosporium in the presence of Tween 80, and when added to the 5 d old liquid cultures of this organism it was almost completely degraded in 5 h. Thin layer chromatography analysis showed the formation of a single degradation product.
