It is shown experimentally that the enhancement of heat transfer from a heat transfer surface by corona wind drops as the temperature of the heat transfer surface increases due to an increase in the power supplied to the heat transfer surface. The cooling effect of the corona wind is likewise affected. Measurements are reported where an increase of a heat transfer surface temperature by about 100 degree C reduces the enhancement of heat transfer by corona wind from about 300 percent to only 50 percent.
