摘要：

Extramucosal pylorotomies were performed by laparoscopy in infants with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. The surgical technique and precautionary measures taken for the penumoperitoneum are described in these intial 10 cases. The advantages of this original technique are discussed. © 1991.
