摘要
During measurements of mass-changes with the electrochemical quartz-microbalance (E-QMB) changes of the visco-elastic properties of the contacting medium (liquids and/or films) can occur. If such changes are not taken into account in the evaluation of the observed frequency-changes, erroneous results will normally be obtained. The problem is analyzed on the basis of the system's impedance. Methods for correcting results obtained with impedance-analyzers and with feedback-driver circuits are presented.
