摘要
Unconfined flow of groundwater into a tunnel is analyzed by a numerical model. The model is based on the finite method for the solution of nonsteady groundwater flow with a free surface. The numerical results are compared with those obtained from analytical approximations to be in the same order of magnitude. These results are used to estimate the rate of water inflows during tunnel construction.
