摘要
Tissue accumulation profiles of lead in O. aureus after 45 days' exposure to lead are presented. The lead content of the whole body, liver, caudal muscle, brain, gill filaments and intestine was determined. The exposure concentrations were 1, 0.1 and 0.05 mg L(-1) of lead. O. aureus was also exposed to mixtures of 0.5 or 0.05 mg L(-1) lead in combination with either cadmium at 0.05 mg L(-1) or mercury at 0.05 mg L(-1). The presence of either mercury or cadmium resulted in interactions which modified the body distribution of lead. Comparisons between tissue burdens and whole body burdens of lead indicate that the removal of certain organs from fish would reduce the lead content of fishmeal.
