摘要
The conception of a technological machine as an autoresonant homeostat is presented. It is based on the keeping up of a whole mechatronic system behind the boundary of dynamic stability and active matching between oscillating system and loads. As a result the resonant conditions are maintained under deviations of parameters and loads and weak control of the system is realized. The increase of quality factor is achieved by conversion of machining into periodic vibro-impact processes. Some new experimental patterns of autoresonant technological machines with high productivity and low energy consumption have been developed on these foundations. The principles of functioning of these machines and their possible applications are described with particular reference to achievement of stable operating modes and adaptability.
