摘要
Peroral infection of S. richteri larvae with spores of B. bassiana was demonstrated. The fungal spores germinated (37%) in the gut within 72 h postinfection. The hyphal tips penetrated the gut wall at 60-72 h allowing the digestive juices to enter the hemocoel. The digestive juice pH changed from 7.0 to 5.0 by 72 h. Hemolymph pH changed with penetration of gut wall by the hyphae.
