摘要
Microcuttings of two almond genotypes (cultivar Supernova and rootstock M51, selection of I.S.F of Rome) treated with darkness (12 days) and two auxins, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), produced rooting in vitro. Supernova showed less rooting ability than Sel.M51 and rooted only in the treatment IBA + darkness. Sel.M51 rooted in all treatments and showed the best result with IAA + light.
