IMPEDANCE AND MODULUS SPECTROSCOPY OF VITREOUS AGI-AG2O-P2O5 SYSTEM

摘要
Results from the measurements of conductance and capacitance on the vitreous AgI-Ag//2O-P//2O//5 system over a wide frequency and temperature ranges are reported. Study of electric modulus spectrum and its comparison with impedance spectrum indicate the non-Debye behavior of the electrolyte. Both the relative permittivity and relaxation time distribution are found to be independent of temperature. These results are compared with those obtained from similar studies on other ionic conducting glasses.
