摘要
The transition from the selenide to the sulfide in coevaporated CuIn(S, Se)2 thin films is investigated regarding morphology, structural properties, incorporation of sulphur versus selenium, the existence of secondary phases and electrical properties. The segregation behaviour of secondary phases in In-rich and Cu-rich films and the influence on the film growth are discussed. Measurement techniques involve SEM, XRD and acceleration voltage dependent WDS.
