摘要
13C1H long-range coupling through H-bonding and deuterium isotope effects, of the flavanone, pinocembrin, were studied as an assignment aid for ID spectra. In the 13C NMR spectra of pinocembrin and dichamanetin, a natural dibenzyl derivative of pinocembrin, the quaternary carbons and the tertiary carbons can be assigned unambiguously by this simple approach. © 1990.
