摘要
A sensor integrating retention of the reaction product and detection was developed for the determination of pyridoxal by formation of a fluorescent complex between the analyte and beryllium that is retained on the support used to pack the flow-cell (C18 silica beads). An increase in sensitivity by two orders of magnitude in relation to the conventional flow-injection method was obtained (linear determination range between 0.2 and 16.0 μM); an r.s.d. of 0.79% and a sampling frequency of 6 h-1 were also achieved. © 1991.
