摘要
The electrodeposition of Cdt-xZnxSey films from aqueous solutions containing SeSO3(2-) and complexed Cd2+ and Zn2+ ions has been studied. Cyclic voltamperometric studies of the deposition solution have been made. The effect of addition of ZnSe to CdSe films on the power conversion efficiency in photoelectrochemical cells with S(x)2-/S2- electrolyte has been investigated and the structure of the obtained Cd-Zn-Se films has been studied.
