摘要：

The construction of the Carpenter modification of the Haldane gas analysis apparatus for analyzing expired air has been changed to make it sturdier and simplify its operation. Also, a new solution is used as oxygen absorbent to speed the analysis of expired air. The apparatus, in its present form, is a useful and essential tool to analyze reference gases for mechanical gas analyzers. © 1968, American Dairy Science Association. All rights reserved.
