摘要
Glyceryl Controlled-Pore Glass column packings are evaluated to use in high pressure gel permeation chromatography of water soluble polymers. Results show that these materials are uniquely suitable for molecular weight distribution studies of proteins and industrial glues. In the molecular weight distribution measurement of polyvinyl alcohol samples, the use of uncoated Controlled Pore Glass (CPG) columns was found to be preferable. 11 refs.
