摘要
Cloth step-up transformers are discussed. Magnetic flux density distribution in a magnetic core of a cloth transformer was calculated utilizing magnetic circuit analysis. Optimum winding patterns for maximizing coupling factors or voltage ratios at no-load and the relation of those to the shape of the magnetic flux distribution were found. Step-up voltage ratio of 19 was obtained experimentally. © 1990 IEEE
