摘要：

This paper contains a treatment of the relation between the internal and external pressures for a simple building when the external pressures are unsteady. A characteristics response time for the internal pressure is defined and it is shown that only those external fluctuations having a larger time scale than this response time influence the fluctuations of the internal pressure. More rapid external pressure fluctuations produce a shift in the mean internal pressure. © 1990.
