摘要
Polycrystalline thin films of CuInSe2 have been produced onto glass substrates by the processing of stacked elemental layer followed by either vacuum or air annealing. The influence of the composition and air annealing temperature on the properties of the material has been investigated. The obvious shift of the bandgap energy, and the stepped variation of the resistivity were observed for the films depending upon the composition.
