摘要
The hairy root culture of Geranium thunbergii was established by infecting the petioles of shoot cultured in vitro with Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4. Nine tannins and related compounds, gallic acid, ellagic acid, (+)-catechin, beta-glucogallin, 1,6-di-O-, 1,2,3,6-tetra-O-, 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucoses, corilagin and geraniin were isolated from the hairy roots. Hairy roots cultures in 1/2 Murashige-Skoog liquid medium mainly produced 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucose, while in Gamborg B5 liquid medium geraniin was the main compound.
