摘要：

We report a case of severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome which developed in a patient after ovarian stimulation for in-vitro fertilization (IVF).This was complicated by prerenal oliguria due to indomethacin therapy and liver dysfunction. The pathogenetic mechanisms involved are discussed. © 1990 Oxford University Press.
