摘要
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) and powder X-ray diffraction analyses of magnesium silicide obtained from rice husk have been carried out and compared with a standard sample. From the data, it may be concluded that magnesium silicide obtained from rice husk may be used for the generation of silane gases for production of both polycrystalline and amorphous silicon films.
