摘要
Quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) have been derived for two sets of HIV inhibitors: 1-[2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6-(X-phenylthio)thymines and thiothymines and dideoxypurine ribofuranosides. It is found that the hydrophobic and especially the steric properties of substituents determine relative potencies of the derivatives.
