摘要
The endogenous levels of abscisic acid (ABA) and GA were studied in funicle, pericarp and seed parts (testa, embryo, cotyledons) at different stages of fruit development. The identity and quantity of ABA was determined by gas chromatography, GA activity was measured by dwarf rice bioassay and the occurring GA spectrum was characterized chromatographically. The content of ABA is very low in funicle and high in testa and cotyledons during intensive fruit growth. During maturation the ABA amounts are increased in the embryo and decreased in the other parts. The GA values are remarkably high and the GA spectrum changes strikingly in the funicle during fruit development. In pericarp, testa, cotyledons and embryo, GA contents are rather high during intensive fruit growth. The results are discussed with respect to the ABA and GA translocation and metabolism in the funicle.
