摘要
In the general study of oxides (A, A')2M0.50Ni(III)0.50O4 with K2NiF4-type structure, some Ni(III) oxides SrLaM0.50Ni0.50O4 (M = Al, Ga) and SrLnAl0.50Ni0.50O4 (Ln = Nd, Sm) have been prepared under high oxygen pressure (150 MPa). On the basis of the differences in ionic sizes and Pauling's ionicities of chemical bonds, the properties of these oxides have been investigated through XRD, EPR, magnetic susceptibility and electrical conductivity measurements.
