摘要
The gene for butyrylcholinesterase (EC 3.1.1.8) has been previously localized to three sites in the human genome, at 3q21, 3q26, and 16q21. In situ hybridization using a PCR-derived probe including the active site region gives a single hybridization signal and refines the localization to 3q26.1-q26.2. © 1991.
