摘要
The synthesis of the system SrTi//1// minus //xFe//xO//3// minus //y with 0. 50 less than equivalent to x less than equivalent to 0. 70 has been performed in order to study the nature of the oxygen vacancy ordering. By means of electron microscopy and diffraction and Moessbauer spectroscopy. The authors have obtained the main features of vacancy ordering in this system. The results are compared with the predictions of the Komornicki-Grenier model of the anion vacancy distribution in perovskites.
