摘要：
We evaluated a new technique, the <<nested-Polymerase-Chain-Reaction>> to diagnose Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. This method appears to be highly sensitive and specific to detect CMV DNA in peripheral blood, especially in mononuclear cells, during active infection in immuno-compromised patients.
