摘要
First-order Raman scattering from graphite irradiated by an electron beam has been studied by using the laser microprobe technique. An approximately linear relation is exhibited between the linewidth of the E2g mode and the reciprocal of the crystallite size. The observed linewidths are larger than those calculated by using the known dispersion curve and the wave-vector uncertainty. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
