摘要
Intracarotid injection of morphine suppressed spontaneous neuron activities in rat caudate nucleus. This effect was readily reversed by subsequent injection of naloxone. The possible mechanism of such morphine-induced inhibition is discussed in relation to dopaminergic neurotransmission.
