摘要
The contact angle of water on several polymer films was determined by three different methods; telescopic sessile drop, laser beam goniometry, and the Wilhelmy plate technique. The telescopic sessile drop method is the simplest, but the least accurate; whereas the laser beam goniometry compares favorably with the Wilhelmy plate in terms of accuracy, but cannot easily provide information on contact angle hysteresis. © 1991.
