摘要
CuInSe2 semiconducting films were prepared by conventional vacuum evaporation of each element. Rather well controlled and near-stoichiometric films having (112) orientation were obtained. Emphasis was made on the influence of the In element proportion in the film. Their conductivity type, resistivity, photoluminescence, X-ray diffraction and optical absorption vary systematically with In source temperature.
