摘要
The liquidus temperature curve for the system of KY(WO4)2: Er3+:Nd3+ -K2WO4 was determined by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA), and large crystals of KY(WO4)2: Er3+:Nd3+ with dimensions of up to 45 mm have been grown from a K2WO4 flux. From the crystal boule grown, a high-quality laser crystal rod of up to 3 mm in diameter and 11.9 mm length was cut out, and its absorption spectrum was measured.
