摘要
Prenylhydroquinone sulfates have been isolated from a marine sponge, Ircinia sp., collected off New Caledonia. These compounds bind to the neuropeptide Y receptor, inhibit the tyrosine protein kinase and HIV-integrase enzymes, and co-occur with a mixture of sulfated prenylated chromanols and chromenols, prenylhydroquinones, and the corresponding quinones and chromenols. A hydroxylated heptaprenylhydroquinone, which proved to be active against tyrosine protein kinase, was also isolated, as well as a novel C-31 furanoterpene alcohol sulfate, named ircinol sulfate.
