摘要
Scanning tunneling microscopy was used to investigate the topographical features of Fe80B20 amorphous ribbons after thermal treatment by electric pulse heating at normal and high hydrostatic pressure. It has been found that pressure retards crystallization and leads to the growth of Fe3B crystallites, whereas at normal pressure the crystallization is dominated by nucleation of alpha-Fe crystallites on the sample surface.
