摘要
A magnetic and Moessbauer characterization of the system Y//2// minus //xNd//xFe//1//4B has been made. Nd ions are found to give the main contribution to the anisotropy and to be responsible for first order magnetization processes and reorientation spin transitions observed at low temperature.
