摘要
A model of fraction-dimensional space is proposed for dealing with anisotropic interactions. An anisotropic solid is treated as an isotropic fraction-dimensional system whose dimension is determined by the degree of anisotropy. It is found that the densities of states calculated with the fraction-dimensional model are in good accordance with those obtained using previous methods. This model well explains the anomalous dimensionalities, especially the dimensional crossovers, exhibited in anisotropic solids. © 1990.
