摘要
The performance of the polyimide membrane module was investigated for separation of propylene/propane mixtures as a function of temperature, pressure, stage-cut, and feed gas composition. The ideal separation factor (C3H6/C3H8) of polyimide membrane was relatively constant around 15 in the temperature and pressure ranges studied. It was around 3.8 times greater than those of other membranes such as cellulose acetate, silicone rubber, polyethylene, and polysulfone. It was found that experimental data were well correlated with the prediction of mathematical models.
