摘要
The temperature dependence of the refractive indices of BiVO4 crystals orientated along (100), (110), and (001) planes have been investigated using spectroscopic ellipsometry. The wavelength of maximum sensitivity was identified. The temperature sensitivity of the indices to a small temperature modulation was then investigated using null ellipsometry. It was found feasible to detect temperature changes of 10(-2)-degrees-C by monitoring the reflectance coefficients.
