摘要
Levan sucrase and hydrolase were present consistently in samples of dental plaque, but only the hydrolase was extractable with water. When plaque was incubated with sucrose, the levan content of the suspension reached a steady state that depended on the duration of incubation, sucrose concentration, and pH of the medium. © 1968, SAGE Publications.
