NEW FLAVONOL GLYCOSIDE FROM EPIMEDIUM-ACUMINATUM

摘要
A novel glycoside, cuhuoside [1] was isolated from the aerial parts of Epimedium acuminatum along with six known flavonols (tricin, icaritin, icariside I, baohuoside I, icariin, and baohuoside VI) which were isolated from this species for the first time. Structures were identified by means of chemical and spectroscopic methods. The structure of cuhuosicle [1] was elucidated as 3,5,7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-prenylflavone-7-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-l-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranoside].
